大专或本科学历，医药相关专业优先考虑。
5年以上医药行业销售工作经验的资深销售专员。
熟悉外企医药行业市场环境和销售模式，有神经内科或儿科领域产品经验优先考虑。
了解临床用药规范和医疗行业相关政策法规。
有较强的团队合作和Result drive意识。

Responsibilities

负责江苏省指定区域（涵盖徐州、宿迁、连云港、盐城等城市）内医院的开发与维护工作，建立并保持良好的合作关系，提高产品覆盖率和市场份额。
按公司要求定期拜访客户，了解需求，及时反馈市场信息，为客户提供专业的医学知识和产品信息，解答客户疑问，协助解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题。
与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，通过优质的服务和专业的推广，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
制定并执行个人销售计划，确保完成公司下达的销售任务，达成年度、季度和月度销售目标。
分析所属市场动态和销售数据，及时调整销售策略，优化销售流程，提高销售效率和业绩。
参与公司组织的各类销售活动和市场推广项目，积极推广公司产品，提升品牌知名度和市场影响力。
深入学习和掌握公司产品和相关疾病的相关知识，包括药理作用、临床应用、不良反应、竞品对比等，能够准确、清晰地向客户传达产品的优势和特点。
严格按照合规要求，协助公司开展合理合法的学术推广活动，如科室会、区域会等，邀请专家进行产品讲解和学术交流，提升客户对产品的认知度和认可度。
积极主动与市场部、医学部、准入等跨部门紧密合作，及时反馈客户需求和市场信息，共同制定策略和改进方案，确保公司资源的高效利用和协同作战。
完成上级领导交待的其他工作，积极参与公司组织的各项活动，为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。
