Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technologies such as Hubspot, Braze, Demandbase, and Salesforce are essential, along with demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
The Senior Marketing Operations Business Partner will proactively own process improvements and best practices within key marketing technologies to ensure demand generation and nurture programs are running successfully and meeting lead and conversion goals. They will also own the process for audience segmentation building, support campaign execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, and QA, and build and execute programs within key marketing tech.
