We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing—specifically across Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads. As our Senior Marketing Manager for Google Ads & Apple Search Ads, you’ll own, scale, and optimize some of our most important acquisition channels. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality installs, subscriptions, and ROI through efficient spend and smart strategy. You’ll collaborate with marketers, data analysts, creatives, and developers to move fast and learn even faster.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Own and scale campaigns across Google Search, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and Apple Search Ads (ASA) with a strong focus on acquisition, ROI, and Spend.
  • Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into data, identifying trends, optimizing towards KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI), and continuously iterating for performance gains.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage large-scale budgets efficiently, maximizing return while strategically investing in growth opportunities.
  • Automation & Scaling: Leverage automation tools, scripts, and APIs to scale campaigns and streamline workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Performance Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and CRM to ensure a cohesive and aligned user acquisition strategy.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with the latest ad platform changes, betas, privacy regulations (e.g., ATT), and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition, specifically managing Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads.
  • Mobile Performance Marketing: Deep understanding of mobile performance marketing and experience optimizing for in-app events, subscription funnels, and ROI.
  • Data Proficiency: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Looker, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar.
  • MMP & Tracking: Experience working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and tracking methodologies (attribution, postbacks, SKAdNetwork).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to generate insights from complex data sets and make strategic decisions quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
