Candidates should possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition, specifically managing Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads. They should have a deep understanding of mobile performance marketing and experience optimizing for in-app events, subscription funnels, and ROI. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Looker, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar is required, alongside experience working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and tracking methodologies (attribution, postbacks, SKAdNetwork).
As the Senior Marketing Manager for Google Ads & Apple Search Ads, the individual will own, scale, and optimize acquisition channels, driving high-quality installs, subscriptions, and ROI. They will perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, optimize towards KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI), and continuously iterate for performance gains. The role involves managing large-scale budgets efficiently, maximizing return while strategically investing in growth opportunities, leveraging automation tools and APIs to scale campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Performance Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and CRM. Staying updated on ad platform changes, betas, privacy regulations (e.g., ATT), and industry best practices is also a key responsibility.
