Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Mento’s brand identity, including visual design and narrative, across web, product, and social, with excellence, consistency, and emotional impact for coaches, partners, and members
  • Lead development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for brand campaigns and tentpole moments to meet business goals
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Coordinate product launches, manage event marketing for conferences and webinars, develop partner marketing initiatives, and execute
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
  • Create content including thought leadership, editorial, and campaign messaging; own messaging on mento.co
  • Develop content calendars and manage editorial workflows across formats like long-form/web, video/social
  • Oversee external brand communications strategy, shape public perception via media outlets, write press releases, manage media relationships, and secure placements with external agencies
  • Partner with sales to build brand, grow community of CHRO/CPOs, L&D, and talent leaders, and shape memorable experiences for word-of-mouth referrals and customer love
  • Develop in-depth understanding of users, product, and business landscape to inform brand strategy
  • Lead a culture of rapid experimentation to try new ideas for scaling with optimal ROI
  • Manage project operations: track performance, provide data-backed insights, optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and report impact with clear communication structure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, partner/member success, coaching, product, and engineering teams
