  • Comfortable analyzing own data from sources like GA, GSC, syndication platforms to identify growth opportunities and take action
  • Own and evolve A/B testing roadmap from idea to rollout to analysis
  • Write conversion-focused copy (CTAs, headlines, landing pages) aligning with editorial voice
  • Identify and scale high-impact revenue drivers across the site
  • Identify and execute new site functionality or improvements to support KPI growth
  • Improve performance of content syndicated to external partners
  • Expand and optimize affiliate product pitches on flagship site (Fool.com)
  • Communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • AI-literate: actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve creative output, and expand testing
  • Fluency in digital content businesses, user motivations, and tactical changes driving performance/monetization
  • Creative problem solver who moves quickly from idea to execution

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle of conversion optimization: identify opportunities, execute tests, scale what works
  • Drive performance improvement across the business through site optimization strategy and roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally to support initiatives (e.g., help editorial prioritize based on performance gaps, iterate landing pages, launch new monetized experiences)
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and take action
  • Own and evolve A/B testing roadmap
  • Write conversion-focused copy
  • Identify and scale high-impact revenue drivers
  • Identify and execute site functionality improvements for KPI growth
  • Improve syndicated content performance
