A strong understanding of growth marketing and the SaaS demand generation funnel is required, along with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that improve performance. Experience analyzing multi-touch campaign data and managing attribution models is essential. Fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, and Excel is necessary, with SQL knowledge being a plus. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority are also crucial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will lead full-funnel analytics, evaluating campaign effectiveness across various channels and translating data into actionable recommendations. They will drive pipeline insights by developing reports and dashboards to track pipeline creation, marketing-influenced revenue, and campaign attribution. This role involves partnering strategically with marketing leaders to define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ensure alignment on business goals. Responsibilities include providing data-driven recommendations for budget allocation, audience targeting, creative strategy, and channel mix optimization. The manager will also build executive-ready reporting frameworks, support pipeline forecasting and scenario planning, and develop predictive models. Additionally, they will collaborate with RevOps and MarOps to ensure measurement consistency and holistic visibility into GTM strategy effectiveness.
