A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing is required, with a proven ability to develop, launch, and manage multiple integrated marketing campaigns. Experience marketing to technical, revenue, or brand-centered roles and/or teams is essential. Strong skills in translating customer insights into actionable strategy, conducting customer research (quant & qual), project and stakeholder management, and using project management tools are necessary. Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, presentation building, and public speaking skills are also required, along with comfort in experimentation and testing, particularly with AI tools.
The Segment Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy for a defined audience, focusing on collecting and translating market, competitor, and customer insights into marketing campaigns. This role involves developing and owning the market story for a segment, building and maintaining the vision for marketing and retention across the customer journey. Responsibilities include mining for data and insights, amplifying customer stories to product, sales, and success teams, and leading segment-level initiatives. The manager will develop segment marketing strategies, drive segment campaign development collaboratively with the marketing team, and act as the central source of segment truth. They will engage regularly with prospects and customers, partner with Product to align on roadmaps and identify engagement opportunities, and collaborate with Sales & Sales Enablement to share insights and create activation materials.
