Requirements

Candidates should have 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics platforms, healthcare, or employer services. Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies is required. Strong ability to translate complex data tools into clear, compelling value propositions and experience driving utilization and adoption of digital products, ideally analytics or dashboard solutions, are essential. Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, along with an analytical mindset with comfort in using metrics to guide strategy and measure impact, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Marketing Manager will develop and maintain compelling messaging for Atlas, ensuring it is accurately and effectively represented across all market-facing materials. They will drive customer utilization and engagement by partnering with customer success and product teams on activation strategies. Additionally, they will support thought leadership initiatives to position Atlas as a category-defining solution and lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to execute successful go-to-market strategies.
