Candidates should possess exceptional collaboration and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail to quickly find, escalate, and resolve data discrepancies, and a deep sense of curiosity and creativity to get to the root of what the data is telling us about our members and what we can do as a result of the data to increase conversions across the member journey – from enrollment to engagement to retention.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as the analytics SME on the Growth and Engagement team, responsible for extracting, connecting, and analyzing complex member data across multiple sources to effectively measure, benchmark, and evaluate the performance of member engagement campaigns and make recommendations for improvements that will drive increased member engagement and revenue. They will own the marketing member data strategy, define and maintain team KPIs, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with BI, data science, product, and engineering to meet data needs. Additionally, they will mentor team members and contribute to the BI body of knowledge through discussion and documentation.
