The role requires the ability to identify customer needs and create collaborative plans to deliver outcomes, as well as experience in consultative selling and launching new services to drive adoption. Familiarity with retail measurement, E-commerce, and Analytics is also necessary.
The Account Development Lead is responsible for growing revenue from assigned clients by increasing the breadth and depth of NIQ solutions through consultative selling. This includes launching and introducing new NIQ services, building a strong pipeline through regular client engagement, and working with internal stakeholders to create relevant pitches. The role involves owning client relationships, fostering relationships across various client functions, and managing basic servicing in collaboration with internal teams. Key activities include defining and enabling service models, delivering ongoing insights with quantifiable outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer success and drive adoption of NIQ products and services.
