This Senior Product Manager role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to build threat intelligence solutions from ideation through delivery and maintenance. The position has a strong emphasis on analytics for Recorded Future’s Third-Party Intelligence and Supply Chain Risk Management capabilities. It requires a deep understanding of third-party risk management, vulnerability exposure and detection, and attack surface management. The goal is to define product capabilities that provide efficient and simplified security outcomes for customers, requiring both strong technical knowledge and excellent customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to build threat intelligence solutions from start to finish.
  • Own the entire product development lifecycle: ideation, analysis, requirements gathering, build, deliver, and maintain/improve.
  • Focus on analytics powering Recorded Future’s Third-Party Intelligence and Supply Chain Risk Management capabilities.
  • Define product capabilities that achieve efficient and simplified security outcomes for customers.
  • Bring strong security industry knowledge, including common enterprise toolsets, current pains and challenges, and product management experience to formulate successful products.
  • Distill actionable insights from over 1 million sources, including deep and dark web, open web, and technical feeds.

Requirements

  • Experience and desire to work in customer-facing roles.
  • Technical expertise in vulnerability identification and prioritization.
  • Expertise in third-party risk management and executive reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the Security Rating Services market.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and an execution-focused mentality.
  • Proven record of developing highly intuitive and adopted product features.
  • Product Management experience in requirements gathering, market analysis, and product strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to find patterns in data.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Travel requirements: 10-20% to other offices, customer locations, and events.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $149,000 - $235,000.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • The range reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all US locations.
  • Individual pay is determined by state, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.
