Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers, and some prior experience working with cloud products, in cybersecurity products, and/or with data products and querying interfaces. They should also have a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams, and the ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, Automation at Vanta, you will deeply understand customers and the market, distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company. You will deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage, help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow, and support our customers test their data as well as enabling them to continuously monitor their compliance program.
