Advanced proficiency in modern sales technology ecosystems such as Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, Outreach/Salesloft, Highspot/Showpad, and 6sense/Demandbase is essential. Strong analytical capabilities with experience building predictive models and ROI analyses using SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI are necessary. A strategic mindset with the proven ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution is expected. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
The Senior Manager, Sales Productivity will develop and execute a comprehensive sales productivity strategy that aligns technology investments with business objectives and revenue goals. They will lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists, own the technology stack roadmap for the GTM organization, and partner with C-suite and senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities. This role involves establishing KPIs, building executive dashboards, driving cross-functional initiatives, and championing data-driven decision making. The manager will also present quarterly business reviews to executive stakeholders on productivity initiatives, adoption metrics, and strategic recommendations.
