Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will define and execute the People Growth & Belonging strategy, manage a team, and oversee the Engagement & Inclusion Survey. They will design and deliver scalable L&D initiatives, champion inclusive leadership development, and integrate DEI values into L&D practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to improve talent strategies, developing methods to assess initiative impact, supporting Employee Resource Groups, and serving as a strategic advisor.
