Requirements

  • 7+ years of healthcare industry experience (5+ with Master’s, 3+ with PhD)
  • Demonstrated success in program or project management with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational effectiveness and ability to design and execute operational frameworks
  • Experience working with exec-level people
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Track record of building strong background in cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment with change and ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical planning and execution: Support annual and quarterly planning processes for the Clinical organization, ensuring alignment with Omada’s corporate strategy and goals
  • Manage complex initiatives: Program-manage small to medium clinical workstreams, often requiring cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Research, and Care Delivery. Ensure Clinical POV is embedded into initiatives
  • Facilitate executive alignment: Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables
  • Enable cross-functional communication: Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
  • Plan and manage Clinical team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategy to day-to-day execution
  • Shape process and policy: Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness across multiple disciplines
  • Represent Clinical perspective externally: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed
