Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product requirements for alternate format workflows and vendor integrations

  • Collaborate with campaign and content teams to proactively identify materials requiring alternate formats

  • Advise on process improvements and industry best practices to strengthen Humana’s accessibility posture
  • Evaluate GenAI tools for automated content transformation while ensuring outputs meet accessibility and compliance standards
  • Contribute to AI-driven experimentation efforts that enhance member experience
  • Monitor vendor performance, format accuracy, fulfillment quality, and member satisfaction across alternate format services
  • Leverage feedback loops and performance data to drive continuous improvement in accessibility workflows and fulfillment timelines
  • Advise on best practices for accessible communications and foster a culture of inclusion and equity across teams
