Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of procurement experience and 3-5 years of management experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics, or a similar field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing or using eSourcing, contract management, and/or supplier relationship management software solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) are required. Fluency in English and Danish is necessary, with additional languages being a plus. The candidate must be adaptable, curious, seek ownership and accountability, and work collaboratively.
The Senior Manager, Customer Success will lead the Global Source to Contract team, focusing on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and loyalty. This role involves working with the Go To Market team on customer success expansion and operational excellence, providing coaching and mentoring to Customer Success Managers, and ensuring customer perspectives are understood and addressed by business leaders. Responsibilities include team performance management, streamlining customer interactions for a value-added experience, acting as the Voice of the Customer/Partner to gather feedback and drive improvements, and ensuring the team delivers value-added packages and services to leverage product value and generate use cases. The role also entails identifying and driving new sales leads and opportunities, managing churn and retention, overseeing the Success4U program, and serving as the primary contact in the Customer Experience Leadership Team for resolving complaints and addressing issues.
