Bac+5 education from University, Engineering School, or Business School
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing studies, ideally in a research institute and as a client-side advertiser
Solid experience managing teams in transforming companies
Ability to work in multicultural teams with diverse profiles
Expertise in exploiting and generating insights & recommendations from various data types (surveys, qualitative, attendance, sales, digital analytics/UX, etc.)
Knowledge of statistics to recommend/guide advanced analyses
Responsibilities
Develop deep, ongoing understanding of European markets and consumers: Paris tourism trends and factors impacting attendance; priority audiences and marketing segments' dynamics and expectations for long-term growth and Walt Disney Studios expansion; evolution of DLP brand perceptions and attractiveness drivers; appeal of The Walt Disney Company's franchises & characters
Identify, implement, analyze, and present insights from relevant studies; specifically manage with your team: barometric measures of visit intentions and DLP brand health; guide impactful commercial initiatives (conjoint analyses); design and manage offer tests and advertising/marketing concept tests; coordinate studies with dedicated DLP Community; develop 'foresight' approaches (long-term consumer & societal trends, values)
Ensure added value of analyses, present clear implications as sources of ideas, and support study results with multi-functional business partners
Build strong internal network to integrate consumer insights with other information sources and external network for monitoring latest technological trends/advances
Be a proactive leader in transforming CI competencies and integrating agile, innovative methodologies
Develop talents and individual/collective performance of your 5-person team
Represent and carry the "voice of the consumer" to business partners up to the Executive Committee, impacting results, investment decisions, strategy inspiration, tactical validations, and new revenue opportunities
