Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Business Development & Partnerships - AI & Agentic Solutions will contribute to the design and execution of Upwork’s AI partner ecosystem strategy, drive end-to-end deal flow, maintain a qualified pipeline, stay ahead of AI and agentic infrastructure trends, build and nurture trusted partnerships, collaborate with Product and Engineering, develop internal documentation and processes, and own a regular reporting cadence with product and executive leaders to share progress and insights.
