Requirements

Candidates must be US Citizens eligible for a low-level security clearance and possess a Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in software and machine learning engineering is required, with strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers are essential. Proven experience building scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions, enhancing custom question answering mapping/workflows, and expertise in the full ML pipeline (data processing, model training, serving, monitoring) are necessary. Familiarity with NLP architectural strategies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Knowledge Graphs, and Agentic Graphs, along with expertise in MLOps best practices (Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD for ML, model version control, real-time monitoring) is expected. Familiarity with federal AI governance frameworks and compliance standards is a plus.

Responsibilities
