Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing scalable, innovative learning solutions that drive measurable business impact. They should demonstrate deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and a range of learning modalities, along with proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools.
The Senior Learning Designer will lead the design and development of innovative, scalable learning solutions customized for a wide range of roles and needs across Angi, creating cutting-edge learning modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, and just-in-time solutions. They will also develop comprehensive evaluation strategies to assess learning effectiveness, translate complex business information into digestible learning content, and create continuous improvements loops through learner feedback and performance data. Furthermore, the Senior Learning Designer will collaborate cross-functionally as a strategic thought partner, mentor and upskill designer team members, and develop scalable tools and frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency in learning experiences across the organization.
