The Learning Design Professional will support Humana Military's provider engagement strategy by assisting in the design, development, and delivery of educational tools and resources. This includes creating and managing content across various platforms, writing scripts and storyboards, and applying adult learning principles to build engaging learning experiences. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain existing resources. Additionally, the professional will support the use of learning management systems and digital delivery platforms, and assist in coordinating with external vendors.
