Strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly for change management, are essential, as is the ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally. A data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes is also required.
This role involves curating and delivering learning pathways using platforms like LinkedIn Learning, and designing/facilitating training programs for managers and employees. The position supports the integration of AI tools to streamline learning operations and personalize content, and develops communication plans for learning initiatives and change management. Responsibilities also include contributing to learning and culture strategies, assisting in building scalable toolkits, and tracking/reporting on learning program effectiveness using KPIs.
