Requirements

Technical assistance and support for procedures using Electrophysiology (EP) products, including pre- and post-procedures
Regional EP support on an as-needed basis
Troubleshooting for highly complex medical devices
Assistance in supporting complex cardiac mapping procedures
Maintaining technical competence relative to best practices and the products offered in the marketplace
Developing and facilitating trainings and programs on Abbott products for healthcare professionals
Completing and forwarding pertinent patient information to patient tracking when required
Management of assigned physical inventory

Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance and support for procedures in which Electrophysiology (EP) products are used
Assists in the day-to-day management of various clinically-related issues
Identifies and routinely uses the most effective, cost efficient and best business practices to execute processes
Exercises judgment in planning, organizing and performing work
Monitors performance and reports status to manager
Engages in activities and behaviors to become proficient in the servicing of accounts
Assists marketing personnel in support of advertising and promotional sales activities (as appropriate)
Ensures that all pertinent patient information is completed and forwarded to patient tracking when required
Responsible for the management of any assigned physical inventory
