Requirements

  • Knowledge of cardiac imaging market, including customers (hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac centers, mobile imaging, DOD, VA), payers, competition, key stakeholders, and influence networks
  • Ability to develop, execute, and update territory business plans, including business and functional relationships with referral sources
  • Skills in pre-call planning, in-call questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and live customer meetings
  • Experience in pricing strategy, price negotiation, contract management, and pricing compliance
  • Proficiency in monitoring performance dashboards, analyzing data, forecasting orders/sales, and submitting progress reports
  • Capability to prioritize projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive focus on high-impact opportunities
  • Commitment to compliant, ethical practices and adherence to highest standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth, partnering with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac centers, mobile imaging, DOD, and VA facilities
  • Conduct regular business analyses of local market (customers, payers, competition, stakeholders) with Cardiac PET Physician Outreach teammate to achieve access and sales goals
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for territory, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Position Flyrcado as product of choice using marketing assets, education programs, and clinical acumen to create awareness
  • Act as trusted advisor to imaging centers and cardiologists, understanding their goals, equipment, workflow, and helping implement Flyrcado
  • Identify top referring cardiologists, build relationships, and influence decision-making to increase Flyrcado awareness and utilization
  • Prioritize customers/projects, monitor performance dashboards, analyze data, and execute sales efforts
  • Collaborate with market access teams to optimize payer contract implementation and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists for product delivery, education, and customer expectations
  • Perform pre-call planning, in-call questioning, craft solutions, and drive utilization
  • Monitor territory performance and collaborate on action steps with cross-functional/internal/external partners
  • Conduct virtual selling, cold calling, and live meetings with new/existing targets
  • Provide pricing strategy, negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance
  • Forecast orders/sales and submit weekly progress reports
  • Represent company at healthcare conferences/seminars to promote products
  • Drive total business to GE HealthCare's HCS and National team where appropriate
  • Ensure compliant, ethical culture in promoting products
  • Handle additional projects and initiatives as required
