Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops, GTM Systems, or RevOps tooling roles. They must possess hands-on experience managing Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools like Outreach. Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, Lusha, and JIRA is required. Strong execution and follow-through skills are necessary for driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable coordinating across global teams, field users, vendors, and business stakeholders, and can manage system health, handle support needs, and drive adoption consistency. Detail-oriented, self-motivated individuals who can manage multiple tools with clarity are preferred. Familiarity with AI tools like Momentum.io, Relevance.AI, Workato, Gemini, or Glean, as well as experience managing Slack support channels or automations, Jira or Slack Workflow Builder, and a scaling GTM Systems or AI-focused operations team are considered advantageous. An understanding of data quality best practices, enrichment logic, and tooling governance is also a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior GTM Systems & AI Analyst will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesloft, owning platform configuration, user access, routing logic, automations, improvements, and field structure. They will support day-to-day tool operations and upkeep for platforms including ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Loopio, and Slack Sales Elevate. This role involves operationalizing AI tooling and operations by supporting vendor integrations and field-facing use cases. Responsibilities include coordinating AI feedback, usage monitoring, issue tracking, and field support across Slack, Jira, and email. The analyst will own platform stability and user support workflows across tools, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Business Systems, MOPs, IT, and vendors to resolve issues. Maintaining up-to-date documentation, conducting tool audits, providing adoption and utilization reporting, developing workflow automation, and managing vendors are also key duties. Additionally, they will support structured GTM system rollouts, usage tracking, systems support tickets (L1/L2/L3), and workflow improvements.
