A minimum of 5 years of experience in project and product management with a proven track record of successful project delivery is required, along with basic knowledge of AI.
The AI Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions. They will work with Human Resources groups to identify and address business concerns with AI and automation, manage the roadmap and backlog for AI tools, and conduct research on technological advancements. Additionally, the role involves providing mentorship and training materials to encourage tool adoption and building AI Agents to improve HR efficiency.
