How Will You Make an Impact?

Your role as an AI Business Analyst will be crucial in crafting and implementing AI strategies that effectively improve HR capabilities. Your expertise will assist us in successfully implementing solutions that advance organizational goals and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.

What Will You Do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Human Resources groups to proactively identify and address business concerns with AI and automation solutions.
• Manage roadmap and backlog for AI tools, prioritizing tasks and determining improvements based on utilization metrics and feedback.
• Conduct research and stay current with technological advancements, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Provide mentorship and on-demand training material, encouraging tool adoption and utilization.
• Build AI Agents to improve HR efficiency, including chatbots and automations.

How Will You Get There?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Basic knowledge of AI.
