Candidates must have at least 3 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically on Growth pods or equivalent. Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment is required. A strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions is essential, along with a proven track record of driving measurable growth through improved activation and adoption. Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical significance is necessary, as is a willingness to work with AI evaluations and incorporate AI into application workflows. Bonus points for experience with SMBs, Prosumers, or specific verticals.
The Senior Growth Product Manager will own Roofr's Activation and Adoption roadmap and execution, identifying opportunities and prioritizing high-value initiatives to improve product discoverability and user adoption. Responsibilities include conducting continuous customer discovery, analyzing quantitative learnings, and gathering feedback to reduce friction and highlight product value. The role involves creating delightful product experiences that encourage organic expansion, translating data insights and user research into product hypotheses, and designing/running A/B tests to optimize conversion points. This position is accountable for the Growth pod's outputs and requires close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and core EPDD teams to evangelize product adoption goals. Key growth KPIs such as activation rate and time-to-value will be monitored and acted upon, and the role includes building and implementing AI evaluations for new and existing features.
