Requirements

  • Proven track record of implementing and scaling research practices within organizations.
  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience working as a primary/solo researcher with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead research initiatives across the entire organization.
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive research practice and repository.
  • Plan and execute mixed-method research for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build process for regular user feedback collection and synthesis.
  • Develop framework for measuring and tracking UX improvements.
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, leading research initiatives from conception to implementation.
