The Opportunity:

We are seeking a data-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our next phase of growth. This role will oversee all inorganic growth channels, including performance marketing (paid social, paid search), SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), while also leading the growth of our supplement store. You will develop high-impact campaigns, optimize budgets, improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and report on performance across acquisition channels. Collaboration with the Member Marketing team is key to ensuring end-to-end funnel success. You will be empowered to lead performance strategy, test and learn frameworks, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google).
  • Lead SEO strategy and roadmap to drive traffic growth and conversions.
  • Manage and grow revenue from Parsley’s Supplement Store.
  • Direct external agencies and freelancers across paid media, SEO, and other areas.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting channel and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with member marketing, product marketing, and data & analytics teams to align on funnel, lead quality, messaging, and creative.
  • Launch new member acquisition campaigns and optimize existing ones through rigorous A/B testing.
  • Own the attribution strategy and work with the technical team to improve performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition roles, with experience in both DTC and healthcare preferred.
  • Proven track record of running multi-channel paid campaigns with clear CAC and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals.
  • Comfortable managing six-figure monthly budgets and reporting on all expenditures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and attribution models.
  • E-commerce experience.
  • Ability to thrive in lean environments, capable of executing tasks independently.
  • Deep passion for root-cause healthcare and empowering individuals to stay well.
  • Familiarity with MacBook, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
