Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or 10 years additional experience)
10 years of DoD Acquisition or weapon system experience
Current/relevant Army knowledge and background
Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
Ability to brief/interact with senior (GO/FLAG) level officers and senior civilians
Secret clearance and eligible to obtain TS with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access

Responsibilities

Support office leadership with task management and workload prioritization
Address office organization and record keeping, including staffing, maintaining a correspondence log, filing memos, monitoring and recording Action Item (AI) status, working with Subject Matter Experts to get responses on AIs, writing AI closure memos, and staffing for Controlled Unclassified Information review and approval
Address office financial management and execution of the program, including requesting financial reports, updating financial tracking documents, and developing forms for execution of funding documents (MIPRs and 1095s/PWD)
Use WEBEX and MS Teams to set up meetings
Take meeting minutes and manage attendee rosters for multiple IPTs, working groups, PMRs, etc
Support Office FMS case development (SAMD background preferred), including development of PAS for LOA development
Manage/track deliveries of Office Government Furnished Equipment (GFX), research and track status of shipments with various POCs, and maintain accurate status using Excel-based GFX status report
Develop Office PPT briefings and present briefings to leadership in absence of IPM, including developing and updating briefing slides in PowerPoint
Provide writing support for publications, task activity scheduling support, action item tracking/document control support, and meeting coordination
Serve in periodic assignments as Board Secretary or Working Group member to coordinate assigned actions or as program operations support
