Responsibilities

  • Partner with People, Finance, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs
  • Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience
  • Document and deliver training, support, and communication for people system enhancements to the people team
  • Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including integrations, upgrades, and new product rollouts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to gradually shift responsibilities from legacy systems (like Workday) to Deel's proprietary solutions
  • Gradually assume responsibility for managing Deel's internal product development
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Monitor and report on system performance, user adoption, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Deel's proprietary solutions and systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
  • Participate in Deel's leadership development programs and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with Deel's leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives and strategies
  • Contribute to the development of Deel's product roadmap and technical vision
