Requirements

5+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll, or related field
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including Deel's People platform
Experience with system integration, migration, and configuration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with process improvement and automation
Familiarity with payroll and benefits systems
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Experience with training and support for system enhancements
Ability to lead and participate in HRIS-related projects
Strong technical skills, including programming languages and data analysis
Experience with Deel's proprietary solutions and systems
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams

Responsibilities

Partner with People, Finance, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations
Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs
Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience
Document and deliver training, support, and communication for people system enhancements to the people team
Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including integrations, upgrades, and new product rollouts
Collaborate closely with internal teams to gradually shift responsibilities from legacy systems (like Workday) to Deel's proprietary solutions
Gradually assume responsibility for managing Deel's internal product development
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery
Monitor and report on system performance, user adoption, and business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements
Develop and maintain knowledge of Deel's proprietary solutions and systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Participate in Deel's leadership development programs and training initiatives
Collaborate with Deel's leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives and strategies
Contribute to the development of Deel's product roadmap and technical vision
