Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Deel People, including HRIS, Compensation, Time off, Time Tracking, and other modules
  • Partner with People, Finance, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs
  • Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience
  • Document and deliver training, support, and communication for people system enhancements to the people team
  • Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including integrations, upgrades, and new product rollouts
  • Partner closely with internal teams to gradually shift responsibilities from legacy systems (like Workday) to Deel’s proprietary solutions, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Manage daily Deel People administration in collaboration with People Operations team to ensure high internal client satisfaction
  • Support system integration projects, specifically migrating legacy systems to Deel’s People platform
