Responsibilities

The Senior Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars and schedules, maintain and track shared to-do lists with executives, and process expense reports. Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel, supporting recurring team meetings through agenda preparation and deck creation, and providing project management for initiatives like town halls and board meetings. The role involves building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering flexible project support, and managing personal tasks, calendars, and logistics for the CEO, including email management and acting as a proxy. Additionally, the position entails planning and executing team off-sites and events, collaborating with other Executive Assistants on company-wide initiatives, providing coverage for colleagues, identifying process improvements, managing vendor relationships, and potentially mentoring other EAs.
