Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to drive the expansion of existing business within the Swiss region. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers, as well as managing forecasts and tracking customer data. We emphasize a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before presenting our products. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating the value of our offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Performance: Proven track record of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  • Attributes: Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and a tenacious team player.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Salesforce: Proficiency in using Salesforce.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written) and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Sales Methodology: Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to increase Grafana usage within existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve and surpass individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline accurately within Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and address day-to-day customer inquiries.
