Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are needed to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

The role involves maintaining and analyzing candidate data, producing reports on pipeline health, and acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and recruiting partners. Additionally, they will champion diversity and inclusion in sourcing practices and continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes.
