1Password is seeking an experienced, customer-centric product marketer to support marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our enterprise segment. This role will own the research, strategy, and narrative development that connects the value of our Enterprise Password Manager (EPM) and Extended Access Management (XAM) solutions to enterprise decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT leaders.

As the voice of the customer, you will conduct market and customer research to uncover key pain points, competitive insights, and evolving security challenges, shaping messaging and positioning that deeply resonates with large enterprises. You will define ICPs, create compelling solution and product narratives, define segment-specific playbooks, and enable marketing teams with the insights and tools needed to drive pipeline growth, adoption, and expansion.

This role demands a strong cross-functional leader who can collaborate closely with marketing, product, and go-to-market teams to align strategies, develop effective storytelling, optimize messaging within integrated campaigns, and create GTM playbooks that accelerate growth in the enterprise segment. Your ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies will be essential to 1Password’s success. An understanding of enterprise workforce cybersecurity challenges is critical. This role requires experience with enterprise buyers ranging from heads of IT/Security to CIO/CISOs. Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), identity access governance (IGA), device security, and related areas is desired. A successful candidate will be comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, marketing, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of product marketing experience.
    • 3+ years of cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of enterprise security challenges, including identity and access management, identity access governance, MDM, authentication, and workforce cybersecurity.
    • Understanding of AI concepts is highly desired.
    • Experience working closely with Enterprise Go-to-Market Teams.
