Requirements

  • 10+ years experience building customer facing learning programs that are engaging and highly adopted within a SaaS large scale company
  • Experience working at a large software product company to enable customers to learn how to use the product
  • Created, published, and maintained Customer Partner training content
  • Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, and External Customer or Partner Training programs (Hybrid Model – Online Learning with Instructor-led Virtual Training)
  • Operations – sprint planning, execution of delivery of content
  • Best practice adult learning, micro-learning development, and adult retention
  • Strong cross-team collaboration, especially with other department leaders from Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support
  • Co-create learning objectives with other internal and external teams
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management or Product Marketing on release training; enable customers to take training prior to major product releases and develop material in conjunction with the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Global team management including India
  • Launched a Customer or Partner training program externally for people to get certified
  • Built a learning platform to enable partners network growth and acceleration
  • Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills with senior leaders across multiple functions
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
  • Driven by working within a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce
