Candidates must possess 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Director role. Demonstrated experience working with a global workforce across multiple locations (Canada, US, UK, Romania, Australia, Latin America) is required, along with strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and processes. Experience in all aspects of human resources, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Design, Change Management, and HR Operations, is essential. Additionally, 5+ years of experience supporting Software Engineering and Sales organizations is necessary.
The Senior Director, People Solutions will advise on, create, and execute people strategies to drive business results, consulting with leadership on Talent Planning, Org Design, Retention Strategies, and Change Management. They will proactively use HR data to guide leaders, solve challenges, identify trends, and implement effective HR strategies. This role involves identifying, designing, and leading business transformation initiatives that impact employee experience, growth, and retention. They will also manage employee relations, coach managers on leadership practices, and develop strong relationships with leadership, the Employee Experience team, COEs, and external partners. Responsibilities include driving talent management efforts, strengthening organizational capabilities through training and development programs, and acting as the lead for Canadian and International employment legislative changes to ensure compliance, collaborating with legal and compliance teams on HR-related legal matters. Some travel may be required.
