Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in return on investment for specialty solutions and experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role. A strong understanding of business sales processes and experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is required. Travel of 30-50% is also necessary.
The Solution Sales Manager will support the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas by providing input to Account Executives during account planning and aligning recommendations with Now Value principles. They will help customers envision digital transformation value, develop strategies by partnering with account teams, customers, and partners, and interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmaps. Additionally, they will coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle, while customizing time allocation to meet territory and account team needs.
