Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 4-5 years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment supporting product and technology teams. A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is necessary, along with the ability to analyze data, influence senior leaders, and work autonomously. The role requires agility, strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution, and compelling communication abilities.
The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to execute organizational and people strategies, focusing on the Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. Responsibilities include evaluating organizational health using data, supporting global product and technology teams through growth and change, interpreting data to guide leaders, driving performance management for engagement and retention, designing and implementing organizational solutions, building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR-related training, and mitigating organizational risk to ensure compliance.
