Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or channel leadership within enterprise SaaS, preferably in PIM/MDM, commerce, or data platforms. Proven success in launching or transforming a global partner program with demonstrable quantifiable pipeline and revenue outcomes is required. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at the ELT level and with external partners are essential. Deep understanding of GTM activation with GSIs, regional SIs, agencies, and cloud/platform partners such as Azure, AWS, and Salesforce is needed. Experience managing a small but impactful team with the ability to scale it is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Global Alliances will own the global alliance strategy across GSIs, SIs, agencies, and tech partners. They will redefine the partner program by building structure, playbooks, value exchange models, co-sell frameworks, and incentive systems. This role involves building and managing a high-performing global team, driving partner-sourced pipeline and ACV with a focus on measurable business outcomes, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services to embed partnerships into GTM and delivery motions. The role also requires tracking KPIs such as pipeline contribution, partner influence, enablement success, joint GTM performance, and partner satisfaction, as well as championing Syndigo’s three-pronged partnership strategy: SI & Consulting Partners, Agency Partners, and Technology Partners.
