As a Solution Architect supporting System Integrator (SI) Partners, you will be a partner-focused technical expert dedicated to supporting, enabling, and guiding CrowdStrike's Strategic Global Partners. You will contribute to the technical aspects of partner solutions and participate in strategic alliance initiatives related to technical architecture, solution delivery, partner execution, and partner training and enablement. You will also work internally to represent the needs of the Solution Architecture & Alliances organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of deep technical knowledge and business acumen within the security market. In this position, you will collaborate with team leaders to deliver and execute technology strategies that meet current and future strategic corporate and partner needs, applying CrowdStrike products and services to solve customer problems through our SI partners.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with SI Partners, their Solution Architects, and Sales Engineers to promote and drive CrowdStrike's sales growth.
  • Develop and promote partner/client self-service solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Architects to build and grow SA process standards for MSSPs and SIs.
  • Assist partner team members in achieving CrowdStrike training and certifications.
  • Shadow partners in live deployments, including installations, troubleshooting, and training for CrowdStrike products.
  • Help partners deploy CrowdStrike internally.
  • Assist with demo environments, ensuring partners have the necessary training and technology to demonstrate to prospects and current customers.
  • Develop technical enablement plans.
  • Act as an interface between multiple internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide reporting and feedback on partner field activities.
  • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and other partner-sponsored events.

What You'll Need

  • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms.
  • Knowledge in some of the following areas: Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Computer Forensics.
  • Experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%.
  • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities, including APIs, scripting, and data exchange formats.
  • B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience/technical training.
  • Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment.

Optional Qualifications

  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, VBScript, Bash, and/or Python.
  • CISSP, CEH, GIAC GCFA, GCIH, Security+, or similar certifications.
