Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Customer Success will develop and execute the overall Customer Success strategy for the APAC region, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and improvements in customer health and experience. This role involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, overseeing the operational cadence including revenue forecasting and account planning, and defining/optimizing key performance metrics. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying and addressing high-risk customers, executing strategies for success and renewal management, designing and implementing advanced processes to resolve customer-blocking issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Additionally, the role requires identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities for revenue expansion within existing accounts and establishing strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across APAC.
