The Senior Director of Brand requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams is essential, as is a deep understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and digital marketing channels.
The Senior Director of Brand will develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels. They will oversee the Social Media team, driving social media strategy and execution, and will lead the Design team to maintain a modern and consistent brand visual identity. Furthermore, they will develop and implement a thought leadership program, fostering WalkMe’s authority through executives and customer stories, and will own the brand experience, including the Brand Experience Manager, to amplify the brand narrative and build brand equity.
Digital adoption platform for user guidance
WalkMe specializes in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) that enhance user experiences for employees and customers. The platform works by overlaying visual cues and personalized content on websites or enterprise software, which helps users with onboarding, training, and provides real-time contextual guidance. This approach allows users to navigate complex systems more easily and efficiently. Unlike many competitors, WalkMe focuses on continuous support and updates through a subscription-based model, ensuring that clients receive ongoing assistance. The main goal of WalkMe is to improve enterprise productivity and user engagement by facilitating effective digital adoption in the workplace.
