Requirements

The Senior Director of Brand requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams is essential, as is a deep understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Brand will develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels. They will oversee the Social Media team, driving social media strategy and execution, and will lead the Design team to maintain a modern and consistent brand visual identity. Furthermore, they will develop and implement a thought leadership program, fostering WalkMe’s authority through executives and customer stories, and will own the brand experience, including the Brand Experience Manager, to amplify the brand narrative and build brand equity.
