The Head of Communications and Brand requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and possesses at least 10 years of experience in communications, brand management, or marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the non-profit or EdTech sectors. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and brand strategies are essential. Experience with media relations, public speaking, and digital marketing is also desired.
As the Head of Communications & Brand, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen CodePath’s position as a premier educator for CS students and a driving force in tech education equity. This includes developing a compelling narrative, leading strategic media engagement, establishing thought leadership platforms, driving innovative storytelling, enhancing the employer brand, attracting new partnerships, and solidifying CodePath as the definitive leader in CS education through cross-functional collaboration and the development of impactful initiatives.
