Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of in-depth analytics experience, specifically partnering with Marketing, Growth, and Product Management departments. They should also have more than 5 years of experience leading analytics or data teams, demonstrating an ability to manage senior individual contributors and managers. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering is required, with a Master's or MBA being preferred. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills are necessary to influence senior stakeholders, along with experience in experiment design and A/B test analysis across multiple KPIs. The role also requires the ability to think through complex problems, determine proper analytical processes, independently derive conclusions, and present results clearly. Attention to detail, exceptional organization, and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential.

Responsibilities

This role involves defining and executing an analytics vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. The Senior Director will oversee the development and deployment of self-service dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical models, providing deep insights into customer behavior, operational performance, and market trends. They will also support the marketing analytics team in scaling marketing efforts to maximize ROI and drive product development with a focus on conversion, retention, and engagement. Additionally, the position requires partnering closely with business and finance teams to develop long-term forecasting models across key business functions, including revenue, demand, supply, and customer behavior.
