Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in analytics or data strategy is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in evaluating, monetizing, and integrating data assets is essential, along with technical expertise in Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS. A background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data monetization strategies is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Analytics will lead the evaluation of new data assets, assessing their coverage, quality, compliance, and commercial potential. They will define and lead the consumer-permissioned data strategy from an analytics perspective, ensuring regulatory compliance and business understanding. Responsibilities include developing valuation frameworks for data assets, building and deploying statistical, predictive, and machine learning models, and partnering with Product teams to translate data opportunities into products. The role also involves designing visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, supporting M&A due diligence by assessing data value, and presenting data-backed business cases to executives. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead client-facing meetings, present analytical findings, guide solution adoption, develop analytics teams, and stay informed on new data trends and monetization strategies.
