Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or technical program management, with a strong understanding of data platforms and external reporting. Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced) for writing joins, filters, and validations across multiple tables is required, along with working knowledge of Python (basic to intermediate). Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, version control systems like Git, data warehouse environments such as Snowflake or dbt, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau is necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a collaborative approach are essential. Domain knowledge in payments, banking, or financial services, experience managing external partner-facing data requirements, and exposure to modern data stack tools are considered advantageous.
The Senior Data Product Manager will lead initiatives at the intersection of external reporting, partner integrations, and banking & money movement (BMM) enablement. They will own and define product requirements for the Data Platform to support BMM product launches and operations. Responsibilities include refining and maintaining partner-facing data processes, defining and managing reporting requirements by gathering field-level data needs, and supporting new integrations and product launches by ensuring correct data capture and representation. The role also involves validating and triaging data concerns raised by partners and coordinating across teams to ensure end-to-end data coverage for partner-facing outputs.
