Candidates should have 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical background in designing APIs, integrations, and data systems. Demonstrated experience building technical products and platforms at scale, exceptional systems thinking, and detail orientation are required. Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is domain expertise in building financial or highly-regulated products, or large-scale financial systems. Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, as Garner does not provide visa sponsorship.
The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for improving healthcare affordability and outcomes by delivering a compelling financial incentive experience. This includes owning the claims roadmap, patient-facing app experience, adjudication system, operational tools, and third-party integrations. The role also involves owning the product surface area and operational tools for Integrations, Claims, and Claims Concierge teams, and driving new feature development from ideation through iteration. Responsibilities include owning the payments platform strategy and roadmap, managing payment partner and vendor integrations, driving development of APIs and platform capabilities for money movement, and establishing company-wide standards for compliance, financial reporting, and incident response. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to enable new payments products and use cases.
