Responsibilities

Gathering customer feedback, monitoring performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies, and contributing to business cases for new offerings are also key. Collaboration with data science teams on analytics methodologies, ensuring integration with existing customer workflows, and supporting the evaluation of market positioning are expected. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the roadmap for data products and evaluating how to leverage interview datasets for industry-leading benchmarking and analytics products.
